Heavenly Father, I come before You today, feeling the weight of worries and anxieties.

I lay them down at Your feet, for Your Word tells me to cast all my anxiety on You because You care for me (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, I confess that I often try to carry burdens that are too heavy for me.

My mind races with 'what ifs' and concerns about the future, about my loved ones, and about my circumstances.

I choose to trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect plan.

You know the end from the beginning, and nothing takes You by surprise.

Help me to rest in that truth.

Today, I release the need to control outcomes and the compulsion to constantly worry.

I surrender every anxious thought, every fearful speculation, and every heavy emotion to Your compassionate care.

Fill my heart and mind with Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

May this peace calm the storms within me.

Remind me that You are my provider, my protector, and my refuge.

You are faithful in all things, and You will never leave me nor forsake me.

My security rests in You alone.

Help me to focus on Your promises rather than on my problems.

Strengthen my faith to believe that You are actively working for my good, even when I cannot see it.

I pray for wisdom to discern what I can control and the courage to act on it, and for the grace to release what is beyond my control into Your capable hands.

Replace my fear with faith, my anxiety with assurance, and my distress with divine calm.

Let Your Holy Spirit bring comfort and stillness to my soul.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer and for bearing my burdens.

I believe that as I release these worries to You, You are taking them and working all things together for my good.

I walk forward today with a lighter heart, knowing that You are watching over me and that Your presence brings perfect peace.

My trust is in You.
