Disclaimers

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This page is maintained by Breaking The Pattern to disclose important limits on our credit education and wellness content. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Right to refuse service

Breaking The Pattern reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or terminate service to any prospective or current client, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any lawful reason โ€” including but not limited to abusive conduct, threats, harassment, fraud or suspected fraud, chargebacks, misrepresentation of identity or financial information, requests that would require us to violate the law or our professional ethics, non-payment, or a case profile that falls outside our scope of practice.

Where a service is refused or terminated, any unused, prepaid, and non-delivered portion of a fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Delivered work, downloaded digital products, and completed sessions are non-refundable.

Credit repair & education disclaimer

Our ebooks, guides, coaching, and consultations are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or credit-counseling advice. Breaking The Pattern is not a law firm, a licensed investment advisor, a certified public accountant, or a nonprofit credit counseling agency.

No guaranteed results. We do not, and cannot, guarantee any specific credit score increase, tradeline addition, account deletion, bankruptcy removal, funding approval, or loan outcome. Credit reporting outcomes depend on the accuracy and verifiability of the information on your reports, the response of the credit bureaus and data furnishers, your own actions, and other factors outside our control. Results vary from person to person.

Your rights are free. Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus and data furnishers, at no cost, without hiring anyone. You have the right to a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide bureau every 12 months via annualcreditreport.com. You also have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA, cancel any credit repair contract without penalty within three business days, and receive a written contract that clearly explains the services, price, and timeline before any work begins or any fees are paid.

What we will not do. We will never advise you to make false statements to a credit bureau, lender, or government agency; dispute information you know to be accurate; create a "new" credit identity using a CPN, EIN, or other substitute for your Social Security number; or misrepresent your income, housing, or employment on any credit or loan application. Doing any of these things is fraud and can carry federal criminal penalties.

Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, or credit-counselor relationship. If your situation involves active litigation, garnishment, foreclosure, identity theft, or bankruptcy, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Testimonials disclaimer

Testimonials, reviews, screenshots, and case studies reflect the individual experience of specific clients. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results. Testimonials are not compensated unless expressly noted.

Juicing, recipes & wellness disclaimer

Our juice recipes, healing-kitchen content, ebooks, and any nutrition or lifestyle guidance are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any disease, illness, or condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Breaking The Pattern is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, nutritionist, naturopath, or pharmacist. No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this website or our products. Statements made about foods, juices, herbs, or supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult your provider first. Talk with a qualified licensed healthcare professional before starting any juice cleanse, fast, elimination diet, supplement, herb, or new exercise routine โ€” especially if you are pregnant or nursing; under 18; managing a chronic condition (including diabetes, kidney, liver, thyroid, autoimmune, or cardiovascular disease); taking prescription medications (juices and herbs can interact with blood thinners, blood pressure, diabetes, and psychiatric medications); recovering from surgery; or have a history of disordered eating.

Allergens & food safety. Recipes may contain common allergens (citrus, nuts, seeds, honey, dairy, ginger, turmeric, leafy greens). You are responsible for reviewing every ingredient for allergies, intolerances, and medication interactions, and for handling, washing, and storing produce safely. Discontinue any recipe that causes discomfort and seek medical care if symptoms are serious.

By using our recipes, ebooks, or wellness content, you accept full responsibility for your own health decisions and release Breaking The Pattern from any liability arising from your use of the information.

Where a link is an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you; this never affects our editorial recommendations.
