Check spam, promotions, and updates
Search your inbox for “Breaking The Pattern” or “order confirmation”. Gmail often files receipts under Promotions or Updates. Mark it as “Not spam” so future links land in your inbox.

Confirm the email you used at checkout
Links go to the exact address entered on the checkout page — that can differ from your everyday email if you paid with PayPal, Shop Pay, or Apple Pay. Try each address you might have used.

Match the order number exactly
Use the number printed on your confirmation, with or without the # (for example #1042). Card statements show a payment reference, not your order number.

Give the payment a minute to settle
Downloads unlock once payment is marked paid. If you just checked out, wait a minute and search again.
