Gracious Father, I come to You burdened by the weight of anxiety.

My mind often races with worries, and my heart feels heavy with concerns about the unknown, about tomorrow, and about the things beyond my control.

Your Word reminds me to cast all my anxiety on You because You care for me (1 Peter 5:7 NIV).

I choose to do that now, deliberately releasing every anxious thought, every fear, and every 'what if' into Your capable hands.

Lord Jesus, You promised Your peace, not as the world gives, but a peace that settles the heart and calms the mind (John 14:27 NIV).

I long for that deep, abiding peace to fill every part of my being today.

Help me to remember that worrying does not add a single hour to my life, nor does it change the outcome of any situation (Matthew 6:27 NLT).

Instead, it robs me of the joy and presence of this moment.

I pray for Your Holy Spirit to guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus, especially when anxious thoughts try to take root (Philippians 4:7 NIV).

Replace worry with faith, and fear with trust in Your goodness.

Remind me of Your faithfulness in the past, how You have always provided and always sustained me.

Strengthen my confidence in Your unfailing love and Your perfect plan for my life.

When circumstances seem overwhelming, help me to fix my eyes on You, the author and perfecter of my faith (Hebrews 12:2 NIV).

Let Your presence be my anchor in every storm.

I choose to live in the present moment, appreciating the blessings You have already bestowed, and trusting You with all that lies ahead.

Empower me to take one step at a time, guided by Your light.

Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer and for the peace You generously give.

I receive Your peace now, allowing it to calm my spirit and still my soul.

In Jesus' name, amen.
