Sovereign Father, I surrender this situation to You.

I confess that I have exhausted myself trying to control the timing, the people involved, the possible outcomes, and the decisions that do not belong to me.

Your Word tells me to “be still” and know that You are God (Psalm 46:10, NIV).

I choose to become still before You.

I release the belief that constant worry gives me control.

I accept that You are God and I am not.

You instruct me to trust You with all my heart and not lean entirely upon my own understanding.

You promise to direct my path when I acknowledge You (Proverbs 3:5–6, NIV).
