Almighty God, I come before You seeking Your divine wisdom, particularly in the realm of my relationships.

You know the desires of my heart and the people You have placed, or will place, in my life.

Lord, I pray for a spirit of discernment to understand the true nature and intentions of those I interact with.

Help me to see beyond surface appearances and to recognize who aligns with Your will for me.

Your Word in Proverbs 4:7 says, 'The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom.

Though it cost all you have, get understanding.'

I ask for this understanding in my connections.

Guard my heart, Lord, from relationships that would lead me astray, cause harm, or pull me away from Your purposes.

Give me the courage to establish healthy boundaries where needed.

Show me clearly which relationships are meant to nurture, encourage, and sharpen me, aligning with Your divine plan.

Help me to invest in these connections wisely and wholeheartedly.

I pray for wisdom to discern when to speak and when to remain silent, when to draw near and when to create distance.

Let my interactions be guided by Your Holy Spirit.

Help me to understand the motives, not just the words, of others.

Protect me from manipulation, deception, and any influence that does not glorify You.

Grant me a spirit of peace that confirms Your guidance.

If a relationship causes ongoing confusion or disquiet in my spirit, help me to seek Your counsel first and foremost.

May I also be a person of integrity and truth in my own relationships, reflecting Your love and light to those around me.

Give me the grace to respond with love and truth, even when discernment reveals difficult truths about a person or situation.

I trust that You will reveal all that I need to know to walk in healthy, God-honoring relationships.

In Jesus' name, amen.
