Almighty God, I come to You today feeling weary and worn, burdened by the demands and stresses of life.

My spirit longs for true rest, a renewal that only You can provide.

I confess that I often push myself beyond my limits, striving in my own strength, and forgetting that You invite me to cast all my anxieties on You, because You care for me.

(1 Peter 5:7, NIV)

I pray for Your divine rest to permeate every part of my being—my body, my mind, and my spirit.

Release me from the grip of exhaustion and the pressure to constantly perform.

Your Word says, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.'

(Matthew 11:28, NIV) I answer that invitation now, laying down my burdens at Your feet.

Grant me wisdom to recognize when I need to pause, to step back, and to intentionally seek moments of stillness and rejuvenation with You.

Remove any guilt or shame that tells me I am not doing enough.

Help me to find my worth not in my accomplishments, but in Your unconditional love for me.

I ask for supernatural strength to fill me, not just to endure, but to thrive.

Restore my energy, sharpen my focus, and rekindle my passion.

Heal any areas of burnout or fatigue that have taken root in my life.

Bring fresh perspective and a renewed sense of purpose.

Guide me in establishing rhythms of rest that honor my body as Your temple and allow my spirit to be refreshed in Your presence.

May my reliance shift from my own efforts to Your inexhaustible grace.

Help me to trust that You are working even when I am resting.

Thank You, Lord, for being my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

(Psalm 46:1, NIV) I embrace Your gift of rest and welcome Your complete renewal.

In Jesus' name, amen.
